1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to sky-corporateservices.com (the “Website”), including its SKY Company Setup and SKY Financial Solutions sections, and to any correspondence you send us through it. The Website is operated by SKY Corporate Services FZC LLC, a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“SKY”, “we”, “us” or “our”). “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits the Website or contacts us through it.

It explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and the choices you have. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions. Where the two documents deal differently with your personal information, this Privacy Policy applies.

By using the Website or sending us an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the Website.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you complete a “Get a Free Quote” or enquiry form, we collect:

• your full name, email address and telephone number;
• the service you are interested in; and
• any message or enquiry details you choose to include.

When you use the capital assessment form on SKY Financial Solutions, we also receive your company name, contact name, the indicative facility size and type, your target timing and any notes. That form opens a WhatsApp conversation with us, so the details reach us through WhatsApp.

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you share in that conversation. If you go on to become a client, we will ask for the identity and corporate documents needed to deliver your service — for example passport copies, proof of address, shareholder and beneficial-owner details, and source-of-funds information. These are collected as part of your engagement, not through the Website.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time — to keep the Website secure and running. The Website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

If you choose not to give us information we need, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you asked for.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
• contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your request;
• deliver the services you engage us for, such as trade licence applications, visas, tax registrations, bank account applications and financing advisory;
• carry out the identity verification and anti-money laundering checks that UAE law requires of us;
• keep business records and meet our legal, regulatory and tax obligations;
• keep the Website secure and prevent misuse; and
• where you have agreed, tell you about our services and offers.

If we want to use your information for a purpose not described here, we will ask for your consent first.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with:

• Government and licensing bodies — free zone and mainland authorities, immigration departments and the Federal Tax Authority, where needed to deliver a service you requested;
• Banks, finance companies and funding partners — when you ask us to help open an account or arrange financing;
• Service providers who help us operate — including our website host, the form service that delivers enquiries to our inbox, and our email and messaging providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us;
• Professional advisers — such as lawyers and auditors, who are bound by confidentiality; and
• Others where the law requires it — for example in response to a court order or a lawful request from an authority, or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected.

5. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, social media platforms and the websites of free zone authorities. It also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you view a page.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those services. Please review their own privacy policies before sharing information with them.

6. Opting In and Opting Out

We send marketing messages only if you have asked for them or agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or by emailing info@sky-corporateservices.com.

Opting out of marketing does not stop messages we need to send about an open enquiry or an active engagement.

7. Accessing, Correcting and Deleting Your Information

Subject to applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it;
• restrict or stop certain uses of your information; and
• withdraw a consent you have previously given.

To make a request, email info@sky-corporateservices.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for the periods required by UAE law, including anti-money laundering record-keeping rules. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.

We protect your information with appropriate measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Website, restricted access and confidentiality obligations on our team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Amendments

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add a new service or tool. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
